Mimi Ng
Senior Vice-President, Residential Sales & Marketing at Menkes Developments

Mimi is a member of the Senior Management Team at Menkes. She is responsible for the evaluation of potential real estate acquisitions from a revenue perspective and oversees the sales and marketing programs of both low-rise and high-rise residential communities.

Mimi holds a Master of Science degree from the Planning Program of the University of Toronto. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily in market research and analysis, product development, marketing and sales.

Prior to joining Menkes, Mimi worked in a private real estate consulting firm, where she conducted market research and analysis for residential development of all forms and tenures across Southern Ontario and in Eastern Canada. Currently, she is a member of the Toronto Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Championship Team.

Amy Millard
Chief Marketing Officer of VTS

Amy Millard is the Chief Marketing Officer at VTS, responsible for corporate marketing, product marketing, and demand generation. Amy has over 15 years of experience driving growth and revenue at B2B SaaS companies. Prior to joining VTS, Amy was CMO of Spigit and was VP of Marketing for Hearsay Social. Amy began her career at Netscape in California. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Stanford University. Amy can be found on the weekends enjoying a good play or other cultural activities.

Sandi Turner
Senior Vice-President of Creative & Marketing at Jamestown LP

Sandi Turner is the Senior Vice President of Creative & Marketing at Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2017, she worked in creative, marketing, and communications for over 20 years, including as a consultant for Jamestown. Ms. Turner has executed communications strategies for a variety of organizations and specializes in building marketing and communications departments from the ground up. She has built marketing programs for privately-held multinational corporations, local governments, an international non-governmental organization, a national non-profit, and her own entrepreneurial ventures. Ms. Turner has consistently been recognized nationally for her creative work, winning 13 Savvy Awards since 2007 from the national marketing organization 3CMA, among other honors. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1992.

Since 2008, Jason has served as President and Managing Partner of Chatterson - a boutique real estate marketing consultancy serving all asset classes of the development industry across North America. A serial entrepreneur and industry speaker, Jason is an instructor at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, leading their MBA program in real estate marketing.

Jason currently holds the role of Executive Director of the Real Estate Development Institute (REDI), sits on the Management Advisory Council (MAC) for the Haskayne School of Business and is an Advisory Board member and Committee Chair for the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies. In addition, Jason serves as a board member and director for the Entrepreneur’s Organization - Calgary (EO), the United Way and the Adolescent Addiction Recovery Centre (AARC).
